fix(docs): align strategy guides and analysis reports (#285)

Document effective QuickAdapter and ReforceXY behavior, supplied profiles and SDK boundaries. Clarify method-specific split defaults and standardized Yeo-Johnson labels. Align analyzer export availability and confidence-interval contracts, native template checks, evaluation and maintenance guidance.

Runtime algorithms and defaults remain unchanged. Quality and CodeQL pass on the reviewed head. The automated security review is unavailable because its service quota is exceeded.
