fix(quickadapter): normalize FRAMA and cover exit contracts (#284)

Normalize FRAMA window ranges while preserving close, seed, historical window and zero-lag preprocessing. Add native custom_exit consumer contracts and fix the remaining index commentary. Refresh documentation, measured coverage and snapshot line positions without changing accepted diagnostics.
